New McCall’s Costume Sewing Patterns for Spring/Summer 2020
Hi everyone! After talking about the new costume sewing patterns from McCall’s patterns, I wanted to talk about the costume patterns that were new for the Spring and Summer 2020. I didn’t talk about them earlier because I didn’t have the time to write a post. Now that I have some time, I decided to sit down and write one all about the sewing patterns I missed talking about. There are two Angela Clayton designed patterns, two Nancy Farris-Theé designed patterns, and four Yaya Han designed patterns.

New McCall’s Costume Sewing Patterns for August 2020
Hi everyone! After my last sewing pattern themed post about the new rebranding of The McCall Pattern Company, I wanted to talk about something less investigative: McCall’s has new costume patterns. This collection of sewing patterns include two new Angela Clayton designed patterns, original McCall’s designed patterns, and patterns that are reprints of Butterick patterns. I believe the reprint patterns from Butterick’s line of costumes are part of the rebranding of The McCall Pattern Company and the shifting of patterns between brands. Costuming Sewing Plans for 2020
It’s almost 2020 and it’s time to start planning for new sewing projects. I’m not sure what kind of general sewing projects I want to work on, but I already have an idea of what kind of costumes I would like to make. Although I make a costuming sewing plan list every year, I don’t finish anything on my list. In this coming year, I already gathered all the fabric, patterns, and, with some costumes, all the supplies I need to make them. All I need to do is sew them! Thoughts on McCall’s M7965- Potential Fit Issues, Underthings, & More
Hi everyone! It’s been way too long since I talked about sewing anything. I talked about my sewing break in my post here, but since that post the only thing I had time to make was a scarf I’m knitting.
