Hi everyone! Earlier this year, I mentioned that the natural desert I love to take photographs is changing. Florence-Kelvin Highway Photographs- December 2020 Part 5
Hi everyone! This is the last post of the photographs I took during my trip to the Florence-Kelvin Highway in December 2020. In this post, I wanted to share all the photographs I took during the trip but I took before I left the highway and went home. Because of this, there are photographs of a variety of subjects I already posted about such as the crested saguaro, road, and desert with clouds and virga in the background. Florence-Kelvin Highway Photographs- December 2020 Part 3
When I went to the Florence-Kelvin Highway in December 2020, I wanted to focus on taking photographs of one saguaro cactus that can be seen from the road. The cactus is a cristate, or crested, saguaro cactus, which means the cactus has a mutation that makes the crown, or top, of the cactus to create a crested fan formation. It’s been quite a while since I posted photographs on my blog. I was able to take photographs of the outdoors for the past few months, but I never had the chance to edit them. In March, I went for a hike. It was near sunset so I decided to go for a walk and take photographs of the desert scenery. On that day, there was a beautiful sunset. So, I went to my favorite sunset photograph spot and began to take a few photographs.

November 1, 2019 Desert Sunset Photographs
I’m currently in the process of looking through my old photographs and moving my oldest photographs to hard drives. While moving my old photographs, I discovered I had more photographs I can post! These photographs are from a hike I went on in November. The sunset was so beautiful I took a few photographs of it as well as a saguaro cactus. September 1, 2019 Desert Photography
Hi everyone! After taking the cloud photographs I shared in this post, I went back to my favorite photography area and started to take more photographs. I saw the storm clouds passed behind one of my favorite saguaro cactus, so I took some photographs of it. Later, I returned to the cactus when it was sunset and took a few more photographs. I wish I could take more photographs of my favorite saguaro cactus and the clouds, but I didn’t want to get caught in the storm that passed by that day. Well, that’s all for now!
