Hi everyone! In October 2025, I decided to try to use my iPhone to take some photographs of a sunset and the desert. Prior to this, I was using my iPhone for a few months to take photographs of nature. I did this just to know the difference between my camera (A Cannon Rebel T7) and my iPhone. Discovering One of My Favorite Photogenic Cacti Has Died- Cactus 2
Hi everyone! Well, the time has come to talk about a second cactus that has died. This time, it is a saguaro cactus. This cactus was my favorite saguaro cactus to take sunset photographs of during the late fall, winter, and early spring. The sun would be perfectly positioned behind it, making the best sunset photographs. Earlier this year, I discovered the cactus had finally died. I wasn’t surprised it died because it looked like it has issues for the past three or so years. Still, it made me upset and very sad to see that it has finally passed away.

Arizona Sunset Photographs- December 2024 Part 2
Hi everyone! I’m back with more old photographs I took of a sunset in Arizona last year. Like with Part 1, I took these photographs of an area where I like to photographs sunset, sunrises, and the desert in general. I knew it would be changing sooner rather than later, so I like to take photographs of any pretty sunset in this area. I took these photographs using the camera on my smartphone. I didn’t have the chance to get my Cannon camera, so I used my phone. Also, I took all the photographs in this post on a different day than the photographs in the Part 1 post.

Arizona Sunset Photographs- December 2024 Part 1
Hi everyone! I’ve found some more photographs I took last year of sunset in the Arizona desert. I was taking as many photographs as I could when the sky was nice last year. The desert where I normally like to take photographs is changing… again. I wanted to take as many photographs I could before it changed so much I couldn’t take photographs of the natural desert. I took the photographs in this post using a smart phone. I wanted to take photographs using my Cannon camera, but I could use it on this day.

Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I published a post featuring my photographs. For the most part, I’ve been having some issues with my photo editing software and some other issues with my camera. My camera is fine now, but I’m seriously looking into getting a different photo editing software. I’m really upset about this, but I know it’s time to work with a different software. Spring Cactus Blossom Close Up Part 2- Spring 2023
Hi everyone! I needed to take a break from posting for Easter and to focus on things that were going on in my life at that time. Even though it is April, I haven’t found any cactus that have blossomed. The ones I am the most focused on taking photographs of is the Engelmann’s Hedgehog Cactus (Echinocereus Engelmannii). Usually these cacti will bloom this month, but I have yet to find any that have bloomed.
