Finished Throw Pillow Knitted Test Panel
Hi everyone! After a lot of knitting, I finally finished my throw pillow test panel! I really like the way it turned out. Even though I’m happy with the panel, there are a few things I will change, including the yarn. I’ll talk about that later in this post.
First, here is what the panel looks like finished…
The panel looks really nice. I love the pattern a lot. I mentioned in my previous throw pillow panel progress post that I thought about changing the pattern. I am still considering it, but I’m not completely sure. I will decided on the pattern once I buy the yarn to make the throw pillow.
The yarn I used is a good yarn, but I really don’t like it for a throw pillow. I love using throw pillows that are nice and soft. The yarn I used, Red Heart Super Saver Jumbo, is too rough for my liking. Even though I really like the yarn, when I washed this yarn it was still pretty rough. Because of this, I will be using a different yarn for the actual throw pillow. I have a yarn in mind that is both soft and easy to care for. I need to purchase enough of it to make the two throw pillows I am planning on making.
Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
