Arizona Wildflower Photographs- Spring 2023
Hi everyone! In a pervious post, I talked about the photographs I took of an Arizona highway during Spring 2023. Even though it is 2024, I really like how the photographs turned out. So, I decided to post as many as I feel comfortable until I take enough photographs during Spring 2024 to post. Continuing the photographs I took on the Arizona highway, I want to take photos of the wildflowers on the side of the road. When I took these photographs, I didn’t have many flowers to take photographs of. Some of the flowers had dried up when I went to the highway to take photographs. So, I had…

Arizona Highway Photographs- Spring 2023
Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I posted any photographs on this blog. I decided not to post for several reasons, but I feel comfortable to post them again. I have many photographs I never posted from Spring 2023. During that season, there were so many wild flowers and blooms due to the healthy rainfall during the winter. This spring will probably have a lot of wild flowers and blooms as well. Still, I have so many photographs from last year I decided to start posting them now before I start to post photographs I took this year!

Rain Drops on Poinsettias Photographs
Hi everyone! Earlier this month, I went shopping at Walmart. There was a rain storm in the area, so everything was wet and damp. I wanted to go to the gardening center to see if they had some plant products I needed. I didn’t find the products, but I did find a lot of poinsettias that has rain drops on them. They looked very pretty, so I decided to take photos of the leaves. I never like to post photographs I take of flowers of at Walmart or other areas, but I want to change that. Since these photographs were taken on my cell phone (An iPhone) the coloring may…

March 2023 Saguaro Cacti Sunset Photographs
Hi everyone! While searching through the photographs I took in March 2023, I found many photographs I want to post. I already mentioned this in a previous post, but if you haven’t read it, you can see it here. For this post, I grouped together multiple photographs that I took of saguaro cacti. I took them at sunset. Two photographs are of the same cactus from two different days. The third photograph is of a different cactus.

March 2023 Saguaro Cactus Daytime Photographs
Hi everyone! Recently, while searching through the photographs I took in March 2023, I found multiple photographs of the same saguaro cactus, but from different days. I really liked how these photographs turned out, so I decided to group them into two different posts. For this post, I wanted to group all the photographs I took during the daytime. I have another post dedicated to the photographs I took during sunset coming later this week! In the mean time, I hope you enjoy the photographs in this post!

March 2023 Hedgehog Cactus and Saguaro Ribs Photography
Hi everyone! I’m still going through my old photographs I took in March. Arizona was very beautiful at that time, which made great photographs! In this post, I wanted to share some photographs I took of an Engelmann’s Hedgehog Cactus (Echinocereus Engelmannii), Saguaro ribs, and the wildflowers around them. I found the cacti near my relative’s property. I can visit it whenever I want to without problems, so I decided to take photographs of the area. At that time, yellow wildflowers peppered the area. Even though there were yellow wildflowers in the area, there wasn’t as many wildflowers in the area until the next month. Still, there was enough pretty…

March 2023 Miscellaneous Desert Sunset Photographs Part 2
Hi everyone! Back in March, I would wander around my relative’s property to see if there were any photogenic places to take pictures of. I found an abandoned road near the most untouched desert area on the property. After walking up and down it repeatedly, I decided to try to take photographs of the road as soon as the clouds were right. After attempting to take pictures of the area several times, I finally was able to do it. Still, the photographs didn’t turn out as nicely as I hoped it would be. It was basically a problem when I wanted to enjoy the scenery and live in the moment…

March 2023 Miscellaneous Desert Sunset Photographs Part 1
Hi everyone! This past spring, I took many photographs of the desert post rain. The clouds were beautiful and the desert was green. I loved the way the desert looked. Taking photographs during this time was a fun time for me. I enjoyed it a lot! After going through my photographs, I found some photographs I really liked but they didn’t fit into any other post themes I could come up with. Instead, I decided to create a collective post dedicated to the miscellaneous photographs I want to include with a post. I ended up creating two posts featuring the miscellaneous photographs I took in March 2023. The photographs in…

March 2023 Yellow Flower Photographs
Hi everyone! In March, 2023, the spring 2023 superbloom was going to happen, if was happening already. In my area, the major blooms didn’t happen until April. Still, there were a few flowers that bloomed in March. They just weren’t in an abundance as it would eventually be. While walking around my relative’s property, I found a few small yellow flowers around the area. These flowers are common in and around my relative’s property. Based off a light Google search, I can’t find information about the name of the flower. Even though I don’t know what the name of the flower is, I always look forward to seeing them bloom.…

March 2023 Saguaro Ribs Photographs Part 1
Hi everyone! In March, 2023, I went to my relative’s property to take photographs of the desert and the wildflower blooms. I saw many wildflowers, but massive bloom in the area came in the next month, April. After walking around the desert, I found several areas I wanted to take some photographs of whenever the blooms came. One of those areas was where a cluster of cacti (I believe it is Engelmann’s Hedgehog Cactus (Echinocereus Engelmannii) lived next to the ribs of a saguaro that passed away. I liked the way they looked together, so I used this as one of my favorite places to take photographs of some of the…
