The Navy and Yellow Log Cabin Quilt- The Finished Top and More Plans
Hi everyone! I’m finally back with a new post about my navy and yellow log cabin quilt. In this post, I will be talking about the finished top of the quilt. I will also be talking about other plans I have for the quilt blocks that didn’t make it into the finished quilt top.
Here is what the finished top looked like…

I had some problems while sewing the blocks together. They didn’t fit correctly. After fiddling with the quilt, I finally decided to just hand sew the blocks together. This made the blocks fit together better and without major fit problems. This is something I wish I did when I worked on my turquoise and grey log cabin quilt. Then the blocks would’ve fit together better!
After sewing the quilt top, I had three blocks left over…

I plan on turning them into throw pillows.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
