Returning to YouTube and The Ongoing Search for a New Video Editing Software
Hi everyone! It’s been a while since I published a post on here. June was a weird month for me, so I needed some time off blogging in order to focus on offline things.
While offline, I decided to try to return to YouTube. I knew I couldn’t do it immediately because of what was going on, but I did know I wanted to return to it. I had plenty of old views I could upload, but I didn’t have my old video editing software anymore. Instead, I decided to search for new software to use.
Even though I own a MacBook Pro, I don’t like iMovies. It has a lot of drawbacks I find both annoying and frustrating. It is also limited in many ways, such as creating new titles for videos. I know enough about video editing software from work and in other ways, but I don’t know which one to pick. And that’s why I’m still not uploading.
Searching for a new software has been enlightening and frustrating at the same time. I don’t like FinalCut, which is Apple’s advanced version of video editing. There are great things about it, but there are some similar problems to iMovies that annoy me. So far I’m interested in Adobe’s video editing software, but I am worried about how it will save videos and work on Macs.
I’m still researching and looking into software, so don’t expect a new video for a while.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
