Wood Star DIY Sign- Plans, Materials, and Progress
Hi everyone! Last year, I got really into painting DIY wood decor. I really like the ability to customize decor to my colors and whatever style I think of. Last year, I found a star wall art at Dollar Tree. It was very pretty, but it gave me the idea to make a wall art inspired by something I used to decorate my room as a teenager. Christmas Tree Farm Wood DIY Sign- Staining the Edge & Second Thoughts On the Stain Color
Hi everyone! Last year, I purchased a DIY Christmas Tree Farm wood sign from Michael’s Crafts. At that time, signs advertising Christmas trees meant something special to me. (And no, it doesn’t have to do with Taylor Swift’s song!) I saw the sign multiple times when I would shop at Michael’s. I really liked it more than other finished signs, so I decided to purchase it and decorate it myself. Even though I started working on it last year, I finished it this year. I wanted to talk in blog posts about the process I went through to decorate the sign and the thoughts I had a long the way!
