Viney Jones Community Library Exterior and Walkway to the Garden Photographs- Florence, Arizona
Hi everyone! It’s been a few weeks since I published a post about the photographs I took of the Viney Jones Community Library in Florence, Arizona. Today, I decided to continue the post series until I use all the photographs I want to post online!
For this post, I decided to focus on the front exterior of the libaray and the walkway beside it.
This is what the front of the library looks like…

And here are better photographs of the front of the library…

The library is named after Viney Jones. Viney was a librarian that worked in Florence, Arizona for many years. She passed away in 2001. The building serves as both a library and community center for the town of Florence. You can read more about the library on the Town of Florence’s website here. Also, you can read more about the naming of the library on the website for Florence’s newspaper, the Florence Riminder & Blade-Tribune, here.
On the western side of the building, there is a sidewalk that leads you to a garden…

The garden does not have a formal name (At least that I have found) so I’m calling it in this post series the Armed Forces Garden. I will show more photographs I took of the garden in future posts.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
