Florence, Arizona Home Tour- February 2018- Part 11

After looking at the McFarland State Park, I walked down the street to other houses on the tour. The next two houses on the tour are right beside each other.

The first stop was tour stop three…

I don’t remember the name of this house, but I wasn’t able to get close enough to it to take more photographs of it. Even though it wasn’t as busy as other stops on the tour, there was a line to get inside. Because of this, I decided not to go inside. (In case anyone is wondering why I didn’t wait to go inside other buildings as well, it is because I used to go on this tour with my family many years ago. I knew some buildings changed owners or look different inside, so I decided to focus on seeing them instead of the buildings I know probably didn’t change too much.)

And the house right next to it is stop five…

In my first post, I talked about the weird numbering system of the houses. Since both houses are right beside each other, I thought they would be in sequential numbers, but they’re not. I think the planners of the home tour changed this for the 2019 home tour, but I’m not sure.

Here is the George A Brown House and Granville Wheat Outhouse…

Both buildings are combined into one house.

Here is the plaques designating the buildings as a historical site…

Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
