Great Horned Owl Photos

As promised, the second of three post about the photos I took during the 4th of July! This time, instead of the clouds, I was able to take photos of a great horned owl!

While I was outside taking photos of the clouds seen in my previous post, I was running around outside to see if I could see the sunset better than I could where I was originally standing. While walking around, I saw the sunset, and it was pretty, but I didn’t get any photos of it because I saw a great horned owl!

I know there is a great horned owl near where I was walking, but I never saw it when there was enough light to take photos of it. Since it was staying still, I was able to take some really nice photos of it!

I wanted to play with the way the black and white conversion on Photoshop, so these photos are in black and white. I still want to play with the black and white conversion on Photoshop, but for now I really like the way the photos turned out!
